134 Tauri is a blue subgiant star in the constellation Taurus. At 248 light years away, it shines at an apparent visual magnitude of 4.89. 134 Tauri is the primary component of a multiple-star system. The iron abundance of 134 Tauri is -0.16 (69.2% of the Sun). It is moving through the Galaxy at a speed of 22.7 km/s relative to the Sun. Its projected Galactic orbit carries it between 24,300 and 29,100 light years from the center of the Galaxy. It came closest to the Sun 3.0 million years ago when it had brightened to magnitude 3.05 from a distance of 107 light years.
